Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellation conditions

Customers may request cancellation only before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for perishable items.

Refund and return timeframe

All refund or return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Eligible reasons for refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved if a customer receives a damaged item, defective product, wrong item, or if an item is missing from the order.

Non-refundable and non-returnable items

Perishable goods, opened items, used products, or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds unless there is a verified issue present at the time of delivery.

Refund processing method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances and payment provider processing timelines.

Returns and documentation

Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, or order details as evidence. Return instructions will be communicated where applicable. Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue resulted from our error.

Where possible, exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.
